Sounds of Silents is back pairing silent film with live music at Stray Cat as we highlight one of the most important figures in experimental film, Maya Deren. Vena Cova of KC Synth Collective will be bringing his ambient synth sound to some of Deren’s most dreamlike and ecstatic films: AT LAND, RITUALS IN TRANSFIGURED TIME, and MESHES OF THE AFTERNOON.
